Pastor Albert Walker, Jr. is a native Houstonian. He attended Phyllis Wheatley High School, Texas Southern University and graduated from The College of Biblical Studies in 2008. He is Chairman of the Foreign Mission Board of The Independent Missionary Baptist General Association of Texas. He is married to the former Margaret Collins and they have one daughter (Tera).
